Which do you recommend for merchants with 1 merchant number?
   
USA Merchant Center always recommends that a merchant that wishes to use software and only has a need for 1-2 merchant numbers goes with the Authorizer for Windows or DOS software piece. This simple to use software will handle all the transaction you ever need to do for your small to mid-sized business. For larger sized business we recommend the PC Authorize or Pro ICVerify for the business very comprehensive POS software solution.
    
Do you carry something for Mac/Apple?
    
Yes, USA Merchant Center does carry Mac Authorize by the Tellan Company. Unfortunately, this is the ONLY Macintosh/Apple Point-of-Sale (POS) software that USA Merchant will support for Mac/Apple users.
      
Do I HAVE to have a merchant number with USA Merchant in order to purchase the software?
   
No, USA Merchant Center does not require you to have a merchant account with us in order to purchase any of the software pieces from us. If you do need a merchant number, then we'll be happy to provide you one with the purchase.
            
How do I know if my non-USA Merchant Center merchant account will work with the software.
    
It's easy to find out. Click here to see the current processors supported by the software that USA Merchant Center supports. If you are not sure who your processor is, then call your merchant account provider to make sure. Note: The Bank is NOT the same as the processors. 
     
What do I need?
     
All you need to run this software is a computer and a modem. For retail establishments using the software on registers, a PS/2 port card swiper is required to be attached to the computer in order to still keep the low retail rate. Also.. if you don't already have one, you need a merchant account in order to process the cards through the software. 
      
How easy is it to install? Can I call for help?
   
All software supported by USA Merchant Center is extremely easy to install. If you do have any difficulties, our 24-hour technicians will be happy to help you.

Do I need any software for the Internet E-Commerce Packages?
    
No.. all our E-Commerce solutions do not require any software since everything is done online through any browser. Our only E-Commerce solutions, which in itself is a bundle of software,  is the new version of Online Merchant; which supports USA Merchant Center's accounts.
