Authorizer is simple and fast to setup in just minutes. Its simplified setup design is menu driven for quick installation by even the most non-technical user. Authorizer supports a host of popular peripherals such as modems, card readers, receipt printers, MICR check readers and PIN pads for debit cards. Authorizer is also local network ready (LAN) for up to 24 workstations.

Authorizer is simple and fast to use for all transaction types: credit cards, debit cards, check verification and guaranty, address verification, purchase card and Internet. It can dial for authorization instantly for retail merchants, or collect transactions in a batch for later processing for mail/phone order merchants.

Authorizer offers a host of reports to manage both daily and other period reporting. It provides a daily transaction batch report for viewing, editing, and printing prior to settlement, a total by payment type report, along with a separate decline transaction report. In addition, there is a historical transaction database for charge-back or other information retrieval requests where you can search for transactions by card number, date, receipt number, amount or reference number.

Authorizer is certified for use by the largest transaction processors in the country. It is ready for use with thousands of banks so you do not have to change your banking relationship if you are not getting a merchant number with USA Merchant Center. Authorizer complies with the latest VISA/MasterCard regulations and even split dials directly to American Express to provide merchants access to the lowest rates available.

Authorizer can operate in stand-alone mode or can be integrated with your POS, order entry, Internet, or other invoice application. Software developers can use an additional Application Program Interface (API) to integrate electronic payment processing into their existing software. Authorizer's API offers either a file interface or a DLL interface to assure a fast program integration.

Authorizer can now dial for transaction approval using a CDPD ( Cellular Digital Packet Data )modem with lightening fast response times of 3-5 seconds. This is great for merchants who require fast customer throughput like quick-serve restaurants, amusement parks, or other peak period processing environments. It's also great for all other merchants that want to eliminate the high monthly phone line charge for payment processing.
