Do I need to change my current bank?
   
No, all processing will be done through our merchant services banks, and don't worry, all funds go directly into your business checking account. Please note that you do have to have a "business" checking account or the d.b.a. must be reflected upon your personal checking account for the account to be considered of business standards.
    
How long is it before the funds are transferred into my account?
    
The time is takes to transfer your funds is anywhere between 24-48 hours.
      
What kind of support can I expect?
   
 USA Merchant Center has 24-hour technical support to help you at any time. Plus, the banks that we work with have 24-hour help desks as well that you may call any time for help regarding such things as monthly statements.
            
Are there any over and above fees like with Authorize.net or Cybercash?
    
 No, since USA Merchant Center does all of it's processing with our own servers and E-Commerce department ( USA ePay ), you don't have to pay any over-and-above fees that the other companies won't even tell you about since they have to use Authorize.net or Cybercash.
     
 Will my rate ever go up suddenly?
     
No, your rate will never change when you're a merchant with USA Merchant Center. 
      
 Are there any set-up or application fees?
   
No, USA Merchant Center has no start-up, set-up or application fees. This allows you to put nothing down when signing up for a merchant account. 
     
 Is there a long term contract with a merchant account?
    
No, unlike other merchant service banks, USA Merchant Center does NOT make you sign into a long-term or even a short-term contract for a merchant account. Your merchant service account can be cancelled at any time with a simple phone call or letter. 
       
Is USA Merchant Center FDIC insured?
       
Yes, all merchant service banks associated and working with USA Merchant Center are fully FDIC insured. 
        
How good are the chances of getting a merchant account?
    
USA Merchant Center has a 99.5% approval rate. This makes it very likely that anyone signing up with USA Merchant Center will be able to get their merchant account and start processing credit cards right away.
